Zenon Aviation Recruitment is delighted to be searching for a Quality Manager on behalf of a reputable organisation.
The successful candidate will be based out of Heathrow and working as part of the Continued Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation to ensure adherence to required standards and compliance with EASA regulations.
To be considered for this position, you must have Post Holder experience in a similar role and be available to attend an interview on 26th March.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading Quality reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.Lead multi-function, multisite groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.Lead stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actionsConduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability.Conduct quality source selection and process capability assessments of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions.Develop Quality budget and cost estimatesDevelop Quality criteria for supplier source selection and a coordinate response for review and approval by senior management.Develop scope, schedule, plans and lead hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements, and report results to management.Train senior management on preparation for third party audits.Analyze data to provide material review dispositions for complex nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.Assist in the development of new standard repairs for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.The role will require international travelYou must have held and EASA form 4 position, either in a previous or current position. In addition to this, you will have:
Excellent communication skillsExtensive knowledge of Quality Systems/StandardsKnowledge of Compliance RegulationsAnalysis and Corrective ActionProcess Management understanding and experienceAbility to work under minimal directionAn individual with Boeing experience would be beneficial.
