To design, deliver, evaluate and review Service training programs for Etihad Aircrew.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

Deliver classroom training programs & coaching sessions from new joiners level up to supervisory level. Research and design of Etihad specific training curriculum for all courses. This also includes adding updates to existing content Provide constructive feedback to the line managers and counseling for trainees where required on matters related to their ability to meet standards and instructional objectives Assess, evaluate and certify trainees on courses conducted by both in-house as well as external out-sourced trainers. This also includes one on one coaching & reassessing where required for trainees who have failed to meet the standard criteria Act as a subject matter expert on any major project that may be launched that require a training / learning input. Continuously develop skills and knowledge within Etihad and globally to ensure competence in training delivery
Requirements Educated up to A Level. Degree or Diploma Holder. A valid GCAA license

In addition to the above; you are required to have the following:

3 Years of flying experience as Cabin Crew (only for Cabin Crew training). 1 Year experience in a training or a coaching role. Strong command of spoken & written English Well developed stand up presentation skills Demonstrated ability in working with MS Office Suite Ability to observe & give feedback positively Coaching skills Etihad Airways is the new and official national airline of the United Arab Emirates, based in the UAE's capital, Abu Dhabi.
