Primary Skills: Doing Proof of Concept, to Bridge the gap between the proposed solution and business needs. Designing the High Level Architectural diagram. Designing the High Level Deployment diagram. Designing and developing the application and mapping it to the business requirements. Deploying the application based on business demand and provide training for the same. Designing the migration plan based on the introduction of the new application and phasing out the old system. Preparing Integration Diagram. Managing the application and planning the future release with end to end process including support structure.   Technical Skills: Strong knowledge (7+ Years) in TeamSite/Open Deploy /Livesite / Workflow. Implementation skill on Java, Spring, Hibernate. knowledge in Apache ,IIS, Tomcat, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, Perl, cgi, AJAX. Search engine implementation is an added advantage. Leadership: Engage with stakeholders to understand future business processes and sales strategies. Key liaison between IT and major stakeholders in requirements gathering and product delivery. Mediate between stakeholders to prioritise conflicting business requirements. Escalation to Senior Management level of project and process risks. Other Skills: Good Project Management and communication skills. Ecommerce experience is an added advantage. Experience in Requirement Gathering and Documenting business processes. Should Work closely with business to ensure that requirements are met.
