Our client is recruiting a Station manager for their Liège base (LGG) with an immediate start.
Job Function:
To co-ordinate daily activity within area of responsibilityTo manage the performance and development of direct reports and work inter-functionally to assist colleagues in the sameTo work proactively with colleagues in own and other areas, ensuring the provision to a total quality service to every customer and potential customerTo engage in and promote the company brand both internally and externallyKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Experience
Significant experience in a General Aviation Operational Management position, with a depth of experience on both operational and business management sidesProven experience in developing and maintaining effective working relationships, in particular with airport authorities and suppliersProven extensive experience in team leadership and development
Knowledge
Skills / Abilities
Note also, dangerous goods awareness training and knowledge of CFMU and flight planning would be appreciated.
