You will be responsible to provide comprehensive sales & marketing administrative support to the Sales Force. Ensure timely and appropriate communication with all stakeholders and speed to market in all deliverable actions that facilitate revenue generation in a cost efficient manner.

Responsibilities

You will responsible to:

Handle assigned internal sales accounts; handle trade telephone, fax & email enquiries; assist with organisation of sales events including briefings, training, awards & launches. Order & distribute centrally procured marketing & sales material to the sales force.Production & distribution of sales communications to the travel industry (e.g. fare sheets, special offers, product briefings etc.) Co-ordinate & file for approval all pricing deals, including corporate deals, & ensure the fare sheets/contracts are prepared & dispatched on time. Input & constantly update & maintain records of all BSP requests, & provide timely feedback to the Sales Staff. Provide marketing support to the sales manager, including liaison with HO Marketing & local comms agencies, assisting with delivery of ATL & BTL campaigns & materials. Input & constantly update & maintain records of all BSP, MIDT, Flown Revenue or other statistical reports required to focus the sales Team. Requirements You should be able to demonstrate at least 3 year previous airline experience in sales or reservations, with expertise in administration preferred.   In addition to the above, you are also required to have the following: Educated to Diploma standard Amadeus Reservations, Sales skills Good written and oral communication skills in English Airline pricing Culturally sensitive Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint Numerate Etihad Airways is the new and official national airline of the United Arab Emirates, based in the UAE's capital, Abu Dhabi.
