The Country Manager will be responsible for the overall operations at the country level, and for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the operation of the company at this level.
Responsibilities include the following:
2. Drive the P&L
3. Organize and supervise the team work and production
4. Manage the Growth
5. Organize the Sourcing
6. Provide a regular reporting
7. Establish high level relationships with key business partners, including the state and local administrations
8. Develop the local and regional business
As the Country Manager, you’ll be expected to play a personal role to:
-Maximize the company’s competitive advantage
- Set budgets and rigorously manage costs and productivity
- Recruit and retain exceptional managers and key employees
- Visibly lead entire team
- Establish high level relationships with key business partners
- Provide regular reporting to CEO
· at least 5 years of experience
· Good organizational and interpersonal skills
· Good communication skills
· Fluent in Vietnamese and English
· Leadership, customer service, staff development, problem solving, communication, and organization skills
· Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, training, and operations
· Able to communicate motivation to the management and staff.
· Take the company to international standards.
· Needs to demonstrate the ability to lead the management.
· Strong team leadership.
