* Must be conversant with the Microsoft Office Suite of Software to provide data analysis and engineering reports and management presentation updates.* BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Basic Knowledge of Health & Safety Requirements.* Experiences and familiar with manufacturing concept like lean, six sigma, 5S, cycle time, task time. * Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Power point and Excel.
* Demonstrates a passion and curiosity for GE Energy Haiphong business and opportunities.
* Excellent written communication skills including documentation of product design, development and test instructions covering both intercompany and customer communications.
* Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly share ideas with others, explain technical material
