General Information about the project

Gasexploitation will be approximately 1,5 billion m³/year in 2013, raised to 2,8billion m³/year in 2014 and stable at 3,09 billion m³/year from 2017 to 2024.

Projectpipeline system includes:

-The 2 phase offshore pipeline that is 325 km in length from offshore to landfall point in Long Hai, Baria-Vung tau Province.

-The pipeline 9 km in length goes from Long Hai valve station to the GasProcessing Plant 2 ( GPP)

-Gas Processing Plant 2 (GPP)

-The onshore 30" pipeline 30km in length transports  sale gas from GPP to Phu My gas distributionCenter (Phu My GDC), line block valve stationnear Phuoc Hoa area.

- Extension of Phu My GDC includes pigreceiver system, gas metering system and tie-in for future.

- One 10" pipeline 26km transportsLPG and one 6", 26km transports condensate from GPP to Thi Vai port andcondensate Plant, 03 line block valve stations and 02 pig launchers andreceivers.

TheGPP expected to be built in Dinh Co – Ba Ria Vung Tau is a part of Nam Con Son2 Project to receive offshore gas, separates and stabilizes the transportedcondensate, deep extraction  and collectLPG (for phase 1) and ethane (later stage).

Weare looking for Consultant to work for Alliance Main Contractor to perform full the work package from: Constructionsurvey; Detailed design, construction drawings; Procurement of projectequipment, system, material; Installation of all equipment, systems;Construction of infrastructure of the Plant; Perform precom.  and commissioning of Plant; Handing over the GPPPlant and pipelines in accordance with the requirements for the Contract of" EPC - GPP (GPP Plant and  pipelines)".

The estimated projectschedule for GPP is 26 months from 16 July, each disciplineshall have difference start and finishing date, so PVC-MS shall provide the project schedule and letter to confirmthe start date of each position.

Contract duration for Personnel is 05 months andcontract extension  for another timecould be applied.

The Mechanical Equipment lead Engineer (MELE) oversees the work of the all MechanicalProject team. The MELE is responsible to the Project for:

-        Receive,review mechanical FEED design for equipment from FEED contractor.

-        Comment/update detailed Data Sheet andspecification of all GPP equipment including license and non license Packages.

-        Manage and control of all detailed equipmentdesign and drawings from Contractors.

-        Prepare ITB documents including but not limit toSOW, battery limit, terms and conditions... for selection of EPC contractor forGPP license package.

-        Cooperate with Process lead engineer to controland check for all results mechanical calculation reports for equipment andpiping system from FEED and detailed engineering Contractors.

-        Check and manage evaluation of all proposalsfrom contractor for equipment suppliers.

-        Manage CLIENT fabrication process for equipmentof non license package including shop drawings review, fabrication/assemblingprocedure development, guideline for fabrication process, support on gettingcertification and acceptance from CA, Client.

-        Manage all equipment piping installation,assembling and interconnecting work.

-        Manage precom. and commissioning work for equipmentand piping system.

-        Preparation of Client and internal projectreports as required.

-        Manage of human resource to meet work load andmitigation.

-        Establishment of the project work breakdownstructure (WBS) and commodity codes.

-        Establishment of the coordination between PMTand parties in execution of project.

-        Progress Measurement Procedures

-        A minimumof 10 years experience onoil and gas onshore/offshore Project or in oil and gas Industry.

-        A minimum of 3 years experienceon Oil & Gas rotating/stating Equipment orin similarrelevant projects.

-        Qualification inMechanical Equipment for oil & gas Similar Project.

-        Working knowledge and application softwarerequired and international codes and standardsused in Oil and Gas Analysis such as API, ANSI,ASME, BS, DNV, NFPA,..etc.

-        Experiences in Preparation of technical requisitions, equipment evaluation etc.

-        Bachelor’s degreein Mechanical Engineeringor equivalent.

-        Perfectly in written and Spoken English.

-        To develop training heading and presentationsand do on-job training to CLIENT's engineers in CLIENT office.

-        CLIENT will provide all essential data,secretary and drafting.
