Under the authority of the Head of the UNESCO Office in Hanoi and technical supervision of Education Programme Coordinator, the Consultant will be responsible for the following areas: Provide strategic and technical support and guidance to the Students Affairs Department (SAD) of the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) to mainstream HIV in education and strengthen the education sector wide response to HIV. Provide technical support and guidance to the Planning and Finance Department (PFD) of the MoET on the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (M&EF) piloting.Provide technical support and guidance to the Continuing Education Department (CED) of the MoET in mainstreaming HIV in Community Learning Center (CLC) activities. Assist the Education Sector Coordinator in monitoring implementation of the programs, updating information for Website, and preparing project proposals and reports, among other activities.Undertake missions to project sites when necessary. Download the Terms of Reference here
