The incumbent needs an excellent grasp of the business workings of the channel and direct sales models as well as good overall business acumen. Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving and maximizing revenue in relevant accounts as per plan Forecast revenue and develop strategies to minimize any shortfalls for relevant accounts and report to the PS Director Provide sales expertise on logistical practicalities and customer perceptions in development stages of subsidiary marketing and sales programs to optimize effectiveness Responsible for establishing and maintaining regular dialogue with senior management of key accounts and partners Identify, plan and implement reaction to competitive activity as identified through relationships with key accounts and partners. Responsible for feeding back information to subsidiary management on competitive activity Develop and implement plans to effectively leverage Solution Provider Program in support of key accounts Liaise with appropriate Marketing Groups, other sales staff and Microsoft Consulting Services to contribute to the planning of programs, meetings and events Requirements: 5-8 years strong sales experience, with a proven track record of selling into the Public Sector In depth knowledge of the Vietnam Public Sector structure and organization Results-oriented individual with passion and drive for the role Ability to work in uncertain situations or with a lack of information and able to respond flexibly to changes Strong organizational agility with the ability to drive sales effectiveness by integrating with other Microsoft Teams Strong customer focus, with the ability to manage multiple accounts Knowledge of the major issues facing the IT industry and the developments in a range of technologies Ability to forecast business accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Degree in a relevant discipline
