We are looking for the 02 positions for QS as follows:

1 - QS (Structural, Mechanical and Piping)

The Role:

The incumbent will be required to workclosely with Cost and Planner to review and provide an assessment on Contractorprogress, changes and any claims. The Quantity Surveyor will also play a keyrole in controlling construction costs on the project as well as reporting onjob progress.

The position is based in Vung Tau Vietnam.

Responsibilities include the following:
Validate the appropriateness of performance measures prior to execution
Prepare Bills of Quantities according to specifications of project
Prepare and update Bills of Approximate Quantities Control construction costs by accurate measurement of the work plant and materials required
Understand the implications of design decisions at an early stage to ensure that good value for money is obtained
Undertake site measurements for progress payments and variations which occur on siteApply costs knowledge, work/labourpricing and measurement of labour and materials       Review and agree Report on jobprogress.

Structural or Mechanical Engineering Degree

Must have good command of English both verbaland written

Must have 5-7 years experience in upstreamand performing as QS.
