- Handling Pain & Women health products
- Developing MKTG plans for brands/category in align with Primary care's strategy
- Creating & executing communications strategy, marketing activities including ATL & BTL activities to deliver brand goals & objectives with health care compliances.
- Working & following up KOL endorsements, seminars & conferences, etc.
- Coordinating with Sales team & distributors in developing trade promotions, merchandising & customer conferences
- Analyzing regularly competitors, market dynamics and proactively presenting revisions to current action plan.
- Analyzing research findings and applying to marketing activities, and proposing new product plan
- Monitoring A&P expenses by monthly/annually or by project
Qualifications
- At least 2-year working in marketing as product/brand manager
- High skills in marketing work such as analyzing the marketing data, reading research findings, developing marketing strategy.
- Comprehensive understanding about pharmaceutical market & customers of market (including pharmacy, hospital , consumer & government affairs stack holders)
- Well communications & presentation
- Preferred FMCG background and pharma experiences, MBA profile (administration or MKT) is a plus

We are looking for Senior Digital Content Executives for our Digital Communications Team. The job holder is required to prepare and deliver all digital assets to the correct technical, design and content specifications, ensuring that Service Level Agreements and the digital marketing objectives of specific brands within the Group are met.

Excellent English language communication skills are essential in addition to excellent native language skills mentioned above. Knowledge of SDL Tridion Content Management system or other CMS's would be a distinct advantage. The Position:

The Position:
The role holder will manage and successfully deliver large, complex and strategic IT projects, involving multiple executive level stakeholders and large subcontractors, to meet defined business requirements within agreed timescales and cost. Job Outline:

Report on and monitor performance of all projects so that EG-IT and Emirates Group have visibility of the overall delivery record and status of the work program.
Analyse, identify and manage problem projects and or underlying patterns of project problems and ensure that they are addressed quickly and appropriately.
Take responsibility for all the project related tools and Forums (e.g. PM Forum). Work closely with ITSA to ensure that the Quality Management System is appropriate to assess the quality of project management processes
Fully accountable for the financial performance of assigned EG-IT Projects, driving on or below budget delivery.
Fully accountable for the effective utilization of Project Managers ensuring optimization of each Project Manager as well as optimization of the Project Management Group
Define the strategy for Project Management based on industry benchmarking, implementing it and maintaining it, specifically deciding which industry standards and certification to align with (PM BOK etc).
Accountable for the Project Management discipline setting clear targets for improvement areas, and goals for the quality and level of Project Management competency within EG-IT, which is critical to the delivery of projects to Emirates Group business units, ensuring the quality is as expected. Measure the level of project management competence across EG-IT. Drive improvement of project management practices, procedures, methodologies and standards including Risk and Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, Planning, Vendor and Contract Management. Keep up to date on industry standards and research. Provide specialist project management and delivery consultancy to support external customers and senior business managers as required
Delivery of assigned projects, which are large in size, strategic or highly complex or a portfolio of projects, coordinating with senior business managers, other departments of the Emirates Group and other sections of IT. Manage one or more large and strategic IT external partner or subcontractor (such as Offshore providers or off the shelf system providers), where contract values are high and where there contribution is significant to the scope and success or failure of the project(s)
Ensure that all Project Managers meet the required benchmark. Responsible for designing and managing the recruitment and development assessment tools and processes, in conjunction with Recruitment, Training and the Manager of Sourcing, for all new Project Managers and the development of existing Project Managers
Line manage a number of project managers and software engineers from the Project and Software Groups and be responsible for the delivery performance of their projects. Coach and support staff to deliver projects to the best of their ability on time, budget and scope. In addition, work cohesively with the other Senior Project Managers to rank all the project managers and ensure consistency in evaluation of performance and reward as well as to deciding on the right person to be assigned to each project
Member of the IT-SS Senior Management Team responsible for; supporting definition of EG-IT objectives and priority areas, defining IT-SS goals and objectives, establishing effective action plans in the department to support EG-IT Objectives, assessing IT-SS performance against EG-IT objectives. Member of the EG-IT Senior Management Team (SMT).

Qualifications:

Senior Clinical Psychologist – the role holder will provide a full range of psychological services, inclusive of mental health and emotional well-being services, across the Group in the clinical context, adhering to international standards and professional requirements. Clinical Psychologists will clinically assess, diagnosis, evaluate and provide appropriate treatment to support employees and family members, in order to alleviate problems that affect employee's wellbeing to improve overall productivity, safety & service.
Job Accountabilities:
Conduct thorough clinical assessment/evaluation to ensure underlying issues are identified in staff and family members, and to determine if individuals are fit for safety critical roles across the business. Carry a clinical caseload, mostly brief therapy and other counselling, leading to enhanced quality of staff wellbeing and ability to function effectively in the workplace. Recommend ways to identify and combat areas affecting safety e.g. fatigue, sleep, stress etc ensuring effective measures are being followed on par with international standards. Proactively develop and deliver workshops/trainings to all across the Group depending on the business requirement and an understanding of the business and its challenges. This may be to support staff and managers facing challenges of continuous expansion, growth and business or other psycho education requirements as necessary. Work to develop a multidisciplinary team approach to managing more serious cases within the organisation. Research and benchmark international practices particularly in the area of Clinical Aviation Psychology, recommending appropriate adaptation in the company, keeping in mind the business needs. Experience and Qualifications:
At least 6 years experience post Masters experience, a PhD in Clinical Psychology would be an added advantage. Qualified to use a range of clinical assessment tools is essential. Qualifications and experience as a clinical supervisor will be highly regarded. Expertise in clinical therapy is essential especially working with depression, anxiety and adjustment issues; experience in brief therapies an advantage. Depth of experience in CBT and additional qualifications in this area is also essential. Membership of the BPS, APS or other international professional body is essential as is the ability to be licenced by the UAE Ministry of Health &/or Dubai Health Authority (DHA) to practice Clinical Psychology. Should have worked in a Clinical and/or Aviation setting in private practice or in a corporate; multidisciplinary work experience is also helpful. Experience in delivering psycho education workshops would also be an advantage. Practical knowledge of the Gulf culture an advantage. Fluency in English language is essential both spoken and written.
