Job Descriptions, Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- Analyze trends of key operating variables of the units including the performance of equipment. Provide effective solutions and necessary actions when necessary;
- Optimize Chemical/ energy consumption;
- Support to maximize unit capacity, analyze operating limits of equipment to ensure stability operation in all cases;
- Analyze to select alternative utility sources for CDU;
- Support to analyze and select crude oil, operation regimes to maximize profit of the plant;
- Investigate and issue instruction for troubleshoot, support to improvement reliability of the areas;
- Leads to ensure related unit models are developed, maintained and validated in order to assist in optimizing unit performance and maintaining accuracy of LP Data;
- Leads and presents unit capacities and constraints at planning meetings to reflect capabilities of units under various planning scenarios;
- Manages routines and processes by which plant performance is monitored are established to ensure the planned production throughput, product targets and yields are achieved;
- Accountable for the development of benchmarks for critical operating parameters are established including Critical process variables, Safe Operating Limits including Consequence of Deviation;
- To participate in Start-up, Commissioning and Emergency activities in assigned Areas;

Education Background:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent

Experience Requirement:

- Minimum 10 years experience in Refining Process which include 3 years as technical staff of CDU.
- Experience in process unit operations, troubleshooting and design, process safety and risk mitigation with specific exposure to Oil Refining or Petrochemical Industries;
- Experience in process modeling (Petrosim/Hysys¡K)
- Strong leadership, people management, performance management, team work, decision making and communication skills;
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with capability to solve complexity problems within Refining;

Special Training & Qualification:
- Training course of Advanced Process control.
- Training course Process Modeling

Other Requirement For Position:
- To have good Personality, Leadership, and Diligence.
- High skills in written and spoken English
