The Position:

Plan, develop and implement strategies to improve Sky Cargo's market and revenue position, to reach and surpass the set revenue targets for each Account which involves developing and managing these Accounts. Review sales performance with customers to assess their needs, performance and potential and agree corrective actions to improve and optimise revenues. Based on market conditions, establish pivot weights and tariff structure for Block Space Agreements, review the current and future needs of contractual clauses in collaboration with our internal support departments. Review agent performance, loyalty, historical performance to determine hard block allocations for the contractual period ex-HKG to entire network. Implement a "one-stop-shopping" concept for all important Global/Key cargo customers. Provide and maintain effective and professional customer service for such accounts through agreements with key operational units at Dubai and world-wide offices in order to achieve efficiency and customer loyalty. Develop team capability to offer high standards of customer service, ability to understand customer needs to develop customised solutions. Evaluate scope and criteria to participate in regional tenders particularly with major shippers and Agents as case maybe, critically assess business risks associated with different scenarios in order to develop the best negotiation strategies to optimise revenues out/into HKG. Through market research, direct customer contact and relationship-management, manage sales efforts towards weaker routes and secure support for new destinations and flights and develop selective traffic of interest to EK. Constantly review and establish processes to ensure commercial risk, potential debt/ under collections don?t arise and be in contact with market to ensure any agent defaults are identified and take corrective actions to protect our interests. Be able to understand importance of e-freight and implement e-freight strategies for HKG by working with business partners to promote an e-commerce environment. Participate in change management initiatives to change internal and external mind-sets to cope with changing business needs and environment. Actively assist in development of new business-areas like multi-modal and supply-chain solutions, in addition to promoting existing products to customers. Develop and generate both-end sales, through facilitation between our key-customers and the shipper / consignee stations involved.

The Position: To provide the EK network with competitive fares and pricing support, which promotes sales and maximises network revenue and yield.
? Evaluate, monitor network and regional Seat Factor and demand trends at a minimum of 6 months prior to departure. Ensure strategic recommendations are made across a rolling 52 week forecasting cycle to drive network revenue.
? Evaluate, monitor and report on economic trends such as currency and fuel price fluctuations which may significantly impact pricing, advising on remedial action to maintain profitability. Utilise additional sources including, but not limited to, market intelligence reports, industry developments and company databases such as Aqua, CView, Pricing System, to further refine pricing models.
? Evaluate business intelligence data such as market share, market size and competitor strategy, in order to create and critically evaluate route profitability models, setting minimum yield requirements and ensuring these are adhered to by regional pricing teams. Rationalise and recommend appropriate fares structure with a view to simplify and optimise fare analysis; Evaluate and track fare performance to facilitate targeted yield increases and generate incremental revenue.
? Evaluate fare creation methodologies in order to create and communicate clearly defined strategic pricing strategies at an O D level. Ensure these strategies achieve the goal of optimising revenue in the peak periods and volume in the off-peak periods. Develop unit costing models, in support of the these pricing models, in order to ensure that the company?s profit objectives and route yield targets are not compromised and that adequate emphasis is placed on cost of sale, when developing price structures.
? Undertake analysis of market conditions, competitor fares and other socio-economic factors to develop new route pricing strategy, and provide feedback to Planning for feasibility studies. Monitor such New Routes once in operation by evaluating performance against revenue target.
? Undertake exhaustive analysis of EK fare structures and rules, rationalise and recommend unified Pricing approach with a view to simplify and optimise, taking into account future direction of the airline.
? Undertake Ad Hoc Strategic studies as directed by Senior Management, on both Pricing and cross departmental issues such as Cross Border Sales, in order to maximize revenue or minimise revenue loss; Conduct post implementation reviews to monitor impact and quantify results of action taken.
? Develop Strategies/Policies for Commercial concepts such as Baggage allowance, Fuel Surcharge methodologies to drive network revenue.

Job Purpose

To ensure continuous development of Skywards, Emirates Frequent Flyer Programme in order to influence members to behave in ways that positively affects profit drivers for the airline. Using both qualitative and quantitative techniques, drive the analysis of customer preferences and member data to generate insights and leverage opportunities to improve share of wallet among Emirates customers and increase profit for the airline. Develop effective segmentation and targeting of members to drive incremental revenue opportunities. Manage on-going development and delivery of tactical offers for the programme's reward and redemption mechanics, working with relevant commercial departments. Manage the development and implementation of proactive member communication and education strategies to ensure a clear understanding and strong buy-in of the offers and life-cycle campaigns by customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure all elements comply with published corporate standards. Define an annual plan/calendar that includes all major campaign activity for the programme. Estimate and manage the budgets required and execute and monitor the plan. Benchmark core elements of the lifecycle proposition against peers and competitors and make recommendations for further enhancements. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on other loyalty programmes, monitor industry trends and ensure distribution of the information to internal stakeholders. Accountable for regional outstation co-ordination and support. As the primary Skywards' contact, support outstations to achieve their revenue objectives by providing relevant and timely inputs on their members and managing Skywards promotions and processes on their behalf. Manage campaign budgets and profitability. Control costs and conduct cost / benefit analysis to ensure the campaign delivers within set commercial objectives. Monitor internal performance measures to ensure deliverables are on track. Select and manage teams responsible for the delivery of Skywards rewards, promotions and member engagement. Plan, assign priorities and monitor workloads. Conduct performance appraisals and support subordinates professional development.


Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Honours (12 3 or equivalent) specifically in the field of Marketing / Business Administration / Product Development. 8 yrs Managerial experience in developing and implementing a range of product and marketing activities and functions, preferably for a Frequent Flyer Programme or within the airline industry. Strong analytical capability with a proven ability to develop, implement and measure tactical and life-cycle campaigns is desired. Job Purpose

To carry out Non-Destructive Testing in the methods for which the technician is authorized as directed by the NDT Superintendent when required on components in or from the workshops and on aircraft at Base, Line and Outstation. This also applies to aircraft and aircraft components not owned or operated by Emirates as and when directed. Day to day running of NDT Laboratory equipment and systems, as directed by the NDT Supt ensuring they are maintained and operating as required. To ensure all delegated NDT work is attended to as directed and that this is in the order of priority in relation to existing and future or planned work, the usual priorities being firstly Line aircraft then Base aircraft followed by Workshop components. To ensure that all delegated NDT work is carried out as specified by the manufacturer or as in other procedural documents. To ensure that NDT tooling and equipment calibration and maintenance has been carried out as and when required prior to use. To ensure that all required monitoring and testing of NDT processes as delegated is carried out and logged or recorded and when corrective action is necessary, the action is taken or if the corrective action can't be taken/taken promptly, inform the NDT Supt. Of situation. As and when directed by the NDT Supt, ensure future NDT requirements as indicated by the Manufacturer or EK Planning are examined to determine equipment and manpower needs. To follow existing NDT procedures and Emirates Engineering Procedures. As and when directed by the NDT Supt, examine existing procedures where it appears there is a need for change and when this need appears justified or necessary, write or suggest proposed change to NDT Supt. Assist less qualified or experienced staff in carrying out their duties. As and when directed by the NDT Supt, attend meetings or planning groups discussing aircraft maintenance tasks in which NDT is or maybe needed. To ensure good housekeeping and safe working practices are implemented at all times.

The Position:

Based at Wolgan Valley, reporting to the Technical Foreman and Senior Gardener you will be responsible for proactively maintaining the resorts precincts, ensuring that the gardens and grounds of the property/resort presented to guests and staff are to the highest standards.

In line with our strong conservation focus, maintain the resorts Heritage Precinct gardens as a seasonal garden producing fruits, vegetables and herbs for use by the chefs in the kitchen.

Job Outline:
1. To assist in the maintenance of the Resort Garden areas, with the exception of the open grass and woodlands. This will include but is not limited to, mowing of lawns, removal of weeds, planting of flora and the maintaining of watering systems.
2. To assist in the maintenance of the 1832 Heritage Garden areas; this area will provide edible fruits, vegetables and herbs as well as table flowers.
3. Assist in the propagation of native plants to replace precinct plant stocks.
4. Assist in the maintenance of plant and equipment used by the ground staff, this will include (but not be limited to) mowers (ride on, tractor, and push types) blower vacs, chain saws and various hand tools.
5. Acting as part of the greater engineering team carry out other work as directed.
6. Participates as a pro-active team member in the Hotel’s Energy conservation program by making appropriate recommendations to Engineering supervisors on energy conservation improvements.
7. Ensure compliance with legislated workplace health and safety requirements and to comply with hotel specific Standards and Procedures.
8. Report to your assigned working area according to the scheduled roster, correctly groomed and in a condition to perform assigned duties.
9. A Proactive approach to ensuring the guests experience is memorable by participating in guest activities, as required, within the scope of responsibilities.
10. Respond to emergency situations which involve the staff and guests of the resort, and to ensure that in these situations the safety of people and the protection of company equipment is adequately achieved.

The Position

Based on site in Wolgan Valley, reporting to the Guest Services Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive front office desk service which includes welcoming guests, check in and check out procedures, preparing accounts and billing, processing payments and attending to guest general inquires / requirements. Guest Service Agents are well versed on all aspects of the Property Management Systems (PMS) and all aspects of the hotels facilities, services and nearby attractions

This role requires you to take a proactive approach to guest interaction while providing personalised service and co-ordination of all aspects of the guest’s stay at the Resort. Act as the primary link between the guests and the operations through communication with other departments.

Job Outline:

Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to guests, corporate and telephone clients ensuring smooth and seamless check in procedures, issuance of keys and ensuring the appropriate porter services are provided. Respond to queries on room tariff’s and charges for services delivered. Perform front office cashiering functions and ensure accurate collection of cash during check-out services and during foreign exchange transactions. Be fully conversant with all the front office Property Management Systems; including back of house systems, spa reservations, front office cashiering, reservations systems and other interfaced systems as required. Be aware at all times of the hotel occupation status with reference to availability of rooms; including forecasts, group bookings, VIPs and any other specific occupancy issues that may arise. Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded into the guest register to ensure critically correct guest database and history; this will ensure that all departments have access to correct information at all times enabling them to provide the service levels required. Handle and process all guest correspondence, messages or requests as required, either to the guests’ rooms or to the relevant department ensuring seamless and effective communication. Liaise with all departments within the property in order to ensure seamless services when allocating rooms. Ensure that all rooms that are available have been checked before allocation to an arrival; this will be achieved through correct communication with particularly Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B. Assist in reservations, amendments, cancellations, queries and correspondence with all guests as needed to ensure all systems are up to date and accurate, including forecasts. Ensure that all paperwork, correspondence and information is correctly filed, stored or distributed as necessary and according to front office procedures. Actively be involved in suggesting new ideas and providing recommendations on the improvement of the service provided. Actively provide options to guests and visitors on other products and services available at the property. Support the Front Office Supervisor in closing the end of day sales and assist in the handover of details to the next shift. Regularly liaise with the reservations team with regard to future sales forecasts and provide information and feedback which facilitates sales leads and improvements in operational processes and thereby contribute to departmental and corporate objectives. Ensure that guests at all times receive the services, access to facilities and individual requirements requested by them, while maintaining the policies, procedures and systems of the Resort. To arrange and co-ordinate the activities, tours /transfers and special requests of guests and visitors to the resort, ensuring that they have the maximum comfort and convenience for the duration of their visit. To represent the image of the resort’s services, its ideals, and its policies by maintaining a groomed and professional appearance in dealing with all visitors: and at all times promote a friendly, informal, and polite relationship between guest and staff. The job holder is expected, as part of their guest service duties to assist other departments in their service delivery. This is part of the personalised services offered and provides continuity for the guest as they move between individual department services.

Experience and Qualifications:

Accreditation from a recognized institute Minimum of 4 years experience of which a minimum of 1 year should have been in a guest services or front of house operation. Preference and knowledge of hotel industry sales and marketing would be an advantage. Strong computer skills are essential. Fluency in English is essential, any additional languages is preferable, but not essential.
