Senior Product Manager Job
Description
- Handling Pain & Women health products
- Developing MKTG plans for brands/category in align with Primary care's strategy
- Creating & executing communications strategy, marketing activities including ATL & BTL activities to deliver brand goals & objectives with health care compliances.
- Working & following up KOL endorsements, seminars & conferences, etc.
- Coordinating with Sales team & distributors in developing trade promotions, merchandising & customer conferences
- Analyzing regularly competitors, market dynamics and proactively presenting revisions to current action plan.
- Analyzing research findings and applying to marketing activities, and proposing new product plan
- Monitoring A&P expenses by monthly/annually or by project
Qualifications
- At least 2-year working in marketing as product/brand manager
- High skills in marketing work such as analyzing the marketing data, reading research findings, developing marketing strategy.
- Comprehensive understanding about pharmaceutical market & customers of market (including pharmacy, hospital , consumer & government affairs stack holders)
- Well communications & presentation
- Preferred FMCG background and pharma experiences, MBA profile (administration or MKT) is a plus
