The Role:
Reporting and Control process:
Ensuring compliance with Company standard rules/regulations/circulars/guidelines and local legislation;
Preparation and submission of standard reports to Company Corporate Procurement and spot reports required by E&P Division;
Preparation and submission of management reports;
Preparation and submission of procurement SOA controls;
Gap analysis and updating of the procurement procedures to be aligned to MSG requirements;
Gathering data from business units and preparing the yearly procurement plan for management approval;

Local Vendor Qualification process and Local Vendor Database Management:
Assisting in the verification of the Local Vendors;
Performing vendor pre-qualifications;
Assisting in Local Vendor Qualification Process;
Performing Market Intelligence process;
Managing the communications channel during the Local Vendor Qualification process;
Developing and updating Local Vendor Database through periodic monitoring and feedback reports from business units;
Ensuring that feedback is provided at least once per year per contract or at each contractual expiry, whichever comes first, by the relevant Business unit.

Assistance in contract management (supporting internal business units with):
Supporting the Business Units in ensuring contractor compliance with Contract Terms and Conditions, Scope of Work, Deliverables and Schedule;
Providing assistance in contractual negotiations;
Supporting in the development of Scope of Work;
Assisting and supporting the contract compliance review and audit activities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Fluent written and spoken English
Bachelor diploma or post diploma with technical specialization or higher
Work experience: minimum 5 years in related procurement activity, preferably in the Oil and Gas business.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Capability to work in team and also to have a good level of work autonomy;
Ability to cope under pressure and to work, at times, past the normal working hours.
