The Position: Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, you will ensure the provision of the highest standard of service to Emirates customers, by providing details of Emirates fares, issue online tickets and sell related products by identifying customer needs. You will actively enhance Emirates revenue earnings by providing options to customers on all products and services, such as Skywards membership, stopovers, hotel bookings and upgraded fares. You will also support Travel Agents with their general enquiries.
Experience and Qualifications: You will have previous experience in Airline Reservations/Ticketing and be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of Reservations, Fares & Ticketing. You must have excellent customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail.
