Role Summary/Purpose
Based in Bangkok and as an integral part of our regional HR team you will primarily be supporting our Artificial Lift business where you will develop, implement and administer approved Human Resources & Administration policies, systems and activities to ensure the availability, consistency, fairness and effective use of human resources and achieve highest levels of employee productivity and morale and to support the Company’s business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities
You will actively partner with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities; act as an employee advocate; help drive various corporate and division business initiatives
Implement the organization's human resource strategy so that the company attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
Support client organizations & business leaders in the development of the annual reviews, organization structure development, job design, staffing, compensation, and organization change / effectiveness.
Provide advice and counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices.
Assure that appropriate training opportunities are provided to employees to further personal, career, and organizational development
Evaluate the company's workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the company's human resource strategy and adapt existing current human resource programs to meet these needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
An effective communicator at all levels you should be degree qualified with 7+ years HR experience within international companies, ideally within the energy, engineering or related industries.. Familiar with local labor law plus other relevant/legal regulations and current HR practices and policies in Thailand with experience in Vietnam highly regarded Fluent in both spoken and written English.
