FUNCTION TITLE: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

DURATION: To be advise

WORKING SCHEDULE: Offshore rotation 6 weeks ON x 6 weeks OFF

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Mentoring, coaching the national staff will be a significant part of the responsibilities

Ensure all required mechanical spares are ordered, procured and delivered on time.

Write project/installation specific mechanical procedures.

Work with the Onshore Engineering Support team to actively contribute to the development of a full A&OI program

Prepare, deliver and manage offshore operations mechanical budget.

Assist in daily management/coordination of offshore facility activities to ensure all requirements for an efficient, safe, sustainable, reliable and cost effective operating facility are met in compliance with all company and governmental regulations and policies. Resolution of design issues and manage third party vendors.

Direct, supervise and train front line technical personnel in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.

Liaise with shore based maintenance team to implement maintenance philosophy and develop, track, and analyze metrics for continuous improvement. Ensure all work is carried out to correct safety procedures (lock out tag out, etc).

Condition monitoring program implementation Provide QA/QC check on all necessary mechanical equipment

Achievement of uptime targets for key equipment (compressor, export pumps, etc)

Maintain updated maintenance procedures and management systems.

Work closely and develop good working relationship with local personnel.

Develop, track, and report maintenance metrics.

Perform root cause failure analysis on all mechanical failures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:

Have a good experience in all type of rotating equipment including gas turbines & compressors in an O&G industry.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Good command of written and spoken English
