In order to support our challenging (HR/Finance/Sales/Operations) agenda, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Production Manager

Role:

Own the restuls of Key Performance Measures, including the establishment policies and procedures, and the assignment of the responsibilities necessary to sustain the measures and improve future performance

Report to: Plant Manager

Accountabilities:

1. Own the Production Breakage measure and its oprational tasks.

2. Own the Ingredient Yield Loss measure and its Operational Task.

3. Own the Packaging Yield Loss measure and its operational tasks.

4. Own the Line Productivity measure and its operational tasks.

5. Own the Filler Downtime measure and its operational tasks.

6. Own the Production Productivity measure and its operational tasks.

7. Prepare and post Daily Production Schedule.

Candidate's specifications:

Degree in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology.
At least 8-10 years of production experience in an FMCG /food industry (in Maintenance and Quality functions)
Experience of handling a large team.
Project implementation experience.
Fluency in English, local language
Vietnamese native speaker.
