Zenon Aviation has a new requirement for a Sales Director with a strong business aviation background to work for an operation based in the UAE.
They require a new business leader who will be responsible for the operator's long term direction, manager the sales and commercial staff and assist in the purchased of new assets (aircrafts etc.).
To be considered, the individual must have an excellent track record of achievement and leadership at the very highest level in airline sales and marketing. Familiarity with the international VIP market and have extensive contacts within this sector.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Maximise number of sales and utilisation of the fleetDevelop pricing strategies while balancing company objectives and customer satisfactionMaintain excellent relationships with brokers, customers and suppliers , ensuring total client satisfactionMaintain and develop existing clients as well as new sales prospectsAnalyse business development and monitor market trends, continuously looking for commercial opportunities and identifying new sales opportunities, domestically and internationallyDefine and manage the sales and commercial organizational structure and organizational strategic objectivesDefine, lead & manage the sales and commercial budget maximizing efficiency while allowing the company to develop and grow within the aviation sectorTravel to all the major sales exhibitions and support the marketing campaigns of the companyThe successful applicant will have excellent motivation, ambition and innovation, with a charisma and potential.

Learjet 45 Captain required for an established operator in Africa working a rotation of 2 months on 1 month off for an immediate start.
