The Position: Supervise all customer services activities to achieve consistent quality service, in compliance with agreed Service Standards & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Ensure the "real time" deployment of frontline staff at designated area, and that they adhere to Safety Policy and Security Standards of the company.

Salary & Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. Experience and Qualifications:

12 yrs schooling or equivalent 5 years and above Airport Operations ( Passenger Handling ) Proficiency in Passenger Handling Procedures and operation of the Departure Control System. Good understanding of the General Conditions of Carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security Practices as stipulated by (ICAO/IATA) and safety policy of the Company. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic advantageous.
