The Position:

? To create maximum awareness in the market and to maintain sales and high standard of service to customers according to company procedures in order to achieve maximum revenue. Responsible for the control of export and import cargo operations within the territory
? Develop Emirates Cargo Product to ensure maximum uplifts of cargo in order to achieve stations revenue targets.
? Continuously monitor market trends, compile cargo related statistical information and provide feedback / recommend sales policies to headquarters through the Cargo Route Manager/Area Manager to enable them to plan an effective marketing strategy.
? Recommend, implement and effectively control local market pricing within the parameters of authority from the Cargo headquarters, in order to achieve and contribute towards route and points of sale objectives.
? Plan, develop, direct and control Cargo Services within the territory (including Road Feeder Services) to maintain, develop and promote EK sales and image.
? Research, plan and develop the station cargo services in order to assist headquarters in development and enhancement of EK?s distribution logistics.

Experience and Qualifications:

? High school level of education or equivalent.
? Minimum of 2 years experience in Airport Ground Handling Services and must have sound knowledge of Emirates route network and aircraft.
? Should have successfully completed the relevant professional training such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Cargo, Weight and Balance and Reservations and Ticketing.
? The job requires the candidate to work in a proactive manner and use initiative top resolve discrepancies and unforeseen problems using set guidelines.
? Computer literate.

Must have the right to work and live in Thailand. The company will not provide or assist with obtaining work permits.
