Drilling Engineer (new rig building) - Vietnam
Oil & gas Rig Engineering & Fabrication company in Vietnam.
The Role:
Lead Companys drilling engineers in order for them to carry out the detailed engineering work such as:
Prepare the standard and requirement by Class and Owner.
Prepare the list of equipments/materials.
Prepare the specification for procurement of drilling packages.
Assist Company to evaluate bids for drilling packages.
Review, comment and approval the Vendor data documentation.
Liaising with sub-contractors during manufacture of drilling equipment.
Perform interface between EPPS and Overall schedule.
Review, comment and approve all relative engineering documents before submit to Class and Owner for approval.
Lead Shipyard drilling engineers, Liaising with vendor during installation and commissioning of Drilling equipment into the Jack-up.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- 10 years experience including experience in jack-ups new build projects.
