The Company:
Established Rig-building construction & fabrication company in Vietnam.

The Role:
To have the construction responsibilities in all aspects of rig building construction.
To establish Shipyard Standard Rig building practices.
To establish Rig Construction methodology and sequence.
To establish Shipyard layout plan for complete sub-blocks assembly, main block assembly, erection sequence.
To ensure his discipline superintendent to work closely with safety manager to implement HSE procedures for a safe and health working environment.
Upgrade production work method to improve operation efficiency and enhance labor productivity.
Formulate subcontract strategy based on construction sequence and yard resources and facilities.
Reporting weekly and monthly to the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager activities of the Projects for consolidation of weekly/monthly report by Planning Engineer.
Exercise cost control and claim management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in oil & gas rig-building projects including jack-ups and tender barges.
- experience in Singapore/US yard is desirable.
