Monthly Salary:
During NTR period/training: $11,000/month
First 2 years: $12,500 USD/month
First contract extension: $13,300 USD/month
5-6 years: $14,100 USD/month
7-8 years: $14,900 USD/month
To 9 years: $15,700 USD/month
*Travel Allowance: $4,000/month (not a reimbursement)
*Safety Bonus: $6000/year
*28 days of paid personal leave per year
*7 Hard Days off/month

Education background:
