Graduate / Junior - Systems / Software - Test / integration Engineer
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Level Engineer who has a degree in either a computing discipline or aerospace or systems engineering. The role will be working on large scale Air traffic control systems in the capacity as a junior tester on systems and software relating to Air Traffic control. You will be working for an International company initially on a contract for six months with the opportunity of becoming a permanent member of the team. The company have a large interest in the Air traffic control industry and opportunites could open up globally as your experience grows. This is an exciting career step for an Aviation enthusiast to become involved in the ATC systems of the future and the company are willing to look at candidates with good degrees in Aerospace, software computing or systems engineering or mechanical engineering. Some industry experience 1 - 3 years would be welcome but other relating industries such as Aerospace, rail, automotive, defence or other safety critical industries are also relative. You will be fully mentored and trained in the key market of air traffic management systems. This role is pivotal in the continuing and on-going development, integration and support for the company group's systems.
Desirable skills should include:
-A relevant degree in either Software Engineering / Systems Engineering / mechanical engineering / Aerospace
-Strong analytical skills
-Good experience of producing technical specifications
-Knowledge of full lifecycle of systems engineering
-Systems integration and test skills
-Strong communication skills
This role requires an excellent communicator as you will be expected to propose changes to systems and validate these changes to the end client.
This really is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate level systems engineer to develop new skills within a fully mentored environment, allowing you to specialise in the innovative area of air traffic management systems. An interest in aviation would be a bonus! There may be some opportunity for European travel, any knowledge of the Spanish language would be welcomed!

Consultant(s) for setting up Monitoring and Evaluation System

The overall aim of the project is to utilize Quang Nam’s tourism sector as a driver for poverty reduction in the province, especially for individuals (primarily, but not exclusively women and youth) from disadvantages regions of the province.
Project implementation started in March 2011 with the appointment of a National Project Assistant, after having cleared some initial holdups. Achievements so far could be summarized as follows:
Project Steering Committee and the Project Management Board establishedTechnical and conceptual foundations laid for three value chains and their respective working groups by extensive consultation of stakeholders of the tourism sector, through individual interviews, Focus Group meetings, Field Trips and one overall Stakeholders workshop.A Project Office founded, including the procurement of office equipment and furniture Full stakeholders mapping documentedIn order to determine whether the project activities are leading towards pre-specified goals and objectives and to highlight any unintended (positive or negative) effects from the project and its activities, an Internal Monitoring and Evaluation System is needed to gather and analyze information
