Business Process Improvement Assistant Executive - Temp for 6 months - Damco, HCM, Vietnam

Purpose/Summary:
Collect data and prepare performance reports/presentations
Create tools to automate reports
Support BPI manager while we roll out BPI activities in Damco Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:

Manage to receive data from Commercial department, Operation Department and Finance department in agreed timeline. Pull report from Damco systems, prepare performance reports and send to related parties in due course
Ensure highest report data accuracy and take preventive measures to eliminate potential data errors
Create tools to automate reports
Contribute ideas to and take part in BPI projects
Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by BPI manager

Position Specifications/Requirements:

Good writing in English
Good computer skills, esp. Excel, PPT and Visual Basic
Enthusiastic to learn new systems
Result-oriented with carefulness
Good time management skills
Be able to work independently and willing to co-ordinate with other colleagues

Learning Description:

Commercial, OPS, Finance system
Damco overall process
BPI tools: lean methodology, Six Sigma methodology
Communication, presentation skills
Analytical skill
