Direct Personnel International is a well established provider of high calibre personnel to the aviation industry with a global client list. We currently have a requirement for Flight Crew Sourcing Specialists. 

Based in the companies Dublin office the successful candidates will report directly to the Crew Resources Manager. This person will seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings. Present available high quality candidates to Account Manager and clients. Ensure professional image is portrayed at all times when dealing with candidates and clients. Become an expert in the global recruitment of aviation personnel and be able to provide market intelligence to colleagues.

 The Role: 

To source, screen interview and assess the suitability and qualifications of candidates on behalf of our clientsTo ensure that the Candidate Database is up to date and accurate at all timesProvide ongoing information in relation to availability of candidatesMaintain regular communications with airlines and pilot associations that may be useful in the provision of candidatesTo liaise effectively with Account Managers and rest of sales teamBusiness Development activitiesOther reasonable duties as required 

The Person:

Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following:

Minimum leaving certificate educationMinimum 3 years work experienceHave worked in a customer focused roleBe able to communicate well both with external clients and also colleagues within the officeExcellent computer skillsPrevious aviation experience would be a distinct advantage Fluent English both verbal and written 

During the interview process candidates will be expected to demonstrate good commercial awareness together with strong organisational ability.
