Position Description
Marketing Operations:
- This role will work under Vietnam DTC and be focused on the management of business processes, systems management, integration of operational procedures and business workflows, and the overall enhancement of DTC operational efficiencies. In this role the Marketing Operations Manager must work across business as well as support functions to increase synergies and enhance processes. In addition strategic and tactical planning must be facilitated for the on-going improvement of the DTC operational structure including but not limited to annual and project based planning and execution, systems and work flow review and assessments, support and business synergies creation etc.

Principal Activities:

- Work with the Vietnam Direct & Sponsored Marketing Manager to determine strategic objectives and priorities.
- Review and generate detailed documentation on all existing business, systems, service, and vendor related processes, and direct the ongoing enhancement of these processes.
- Record and file all training, development, and OOC program details into an organized electronic reference library.
- Facilitate integration of work-streams where efficiencies can be gained or business can be positively impacted.
- Perform review of DTC related systems and technology and provide recommendations for enhancements, new systems, new technology etc. in line with the objectives of DTC/PC related strategies.
- Support in the generation of reports and review systems and other reporting processes and propose enhancements.
- Pro-active review and recommendations provision regarding product set-up, campaign delineation, OOC interaction, and Billing timeliness & results.
- Work with CRM Analyst and Campaign Management team to recommend enhancements to campaign and billing structures based on quantitative findings.
- Engage in knowledge transfer both within Vietnam and the broader regions when necessary/requested.
- Engage in independent learning on industry practices, systems, processes etc. for application to the job function.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 5-10 years work experience with at least two relevant to billing or policy administration systems
- Experience in analytics and knowledge of systems/software relevant to job scope.
- Excellent Project Management skills.
Able to function effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Able to evaluate business requests using experience and quantitative data and make business relevant recommendations.
- Flexibility - able to adapt to changes in requests and priorities.
- Able to effectively present ideas to large groups.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the company.
- A solid understanding of analytics, measuring and interpreting key billing, customer, and campaign metrics.
- Outstanding computer and technology skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, PPT, EMMA, Cognos, QS!).
- Have basic understanding of marketing & business function but have a strong business sense & very business-oriented
