Playsoft Vietnam is a well funded and fast growing start-up technology services company with a highly capable, highly motivated team of experienced technical professionals in Vietnam (HCMC). The company develops cutting edge mobile technology Applications and Games that will exploit the rapid economic growth and booming mobile internet. The company provides consulting, development, and deployment services for corporate, internet companies, media, entertainment companies, game publishers and other clients. The company is headquartered in France with offices in Poland and the USA.
The Country Manager will be responsible for the overall operations at the country level, and for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the operation of the company at this level.
Responsibilities include the following:
2. Drive the P&L
3. Organize and supervise the team work and production
4. Manage the Growth
5. Organize the Sourcing
6. Provide a regular reporting
7. Establish high level relationships with key business partners, including the state and local administrations
8. Develop the local and regional business
As the Country Manager, you'll be expected to play a personal role to:
-Maximize the company's competitive advantage
- Set budgets and rigorously manage costs and productivity
- Recruit and retain exceptional managers and key employees
- Visibly lead entire team
- Establish high level relationships with key business partners
- Provide regular reporting to CEO
We are looking for a dynamic profile, motivated, adaptable, with a strong know-how in the Vietnamese culture, and NTIC passionate.
* at least 5 years of experience
* Good organizational and interpersonal skills
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in Vietnamese and English
* Leadership, customer service, staff development, problem solving, communication, and organization skills
* Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, training, and operations
* Able to communicate motivation to the management and staff.
* Take the company to international standards.
* Needs to demonstrate the ability to lead the management.
* Strong team leadership.
