- Provide direction to Inspectors, develop and an individualized training program (with peer QPE`s) to bring the individuals “up to speed” with continued training as needed
- Seek timely resolution to Quality issues, with future prevention and production support being priorities,
- Utilize Six Sigma tools as a method to drive change (process improvement, alteration of test/ inspection planning, cost reduction, etc.)
- Develop process auditing routines to assure compliance to established procedures, maintain area in a condition that support ISO compliance,
- Develop and maintain metrics that defines the condition of the production process or Cost of Quality (include: Pareto analysis, external warranty understanding, timeliness data (speed of closure) and others),
- Lead the weekly NCR team meeting to drive the problems to be closed.
- Drive the performance and development activities required to assure the delivery of high quality materials and services.
- Responsible for defining, implementing and managing crucial processes and metrics to meet customer quality expectations, internal quality expectations.
- Own Quality System and manage ISO compliance issues, lead inspectors and auditors. Lead interface with internal / external customers.
- Work closely with area team to set goals and drive improvements.
- Drive process capability measurements and improvements.
- Ensure review of processes, procedures, quality objectives, QMS- Bachelor’s degree from a technical university
- At least 1 additional year of experience in manufacturing, quality, sourcing or operations
- Excellent English and Vietnamese skills (verbal & written)- Logical thinking, good internpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem solving and team spirit behavior
- Organization skills
