In order to support our challenging Operations agenda, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Utility Supervisor.

Report to

Utility Executive

Accountabilities

Supervise all employee in area strictly comply with safety regulation.

Improve sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through excellence execution of Best Practice Tools.

Ensure the available equipment and supplies and safety compliance both Company requirement and legal regulation.

Be responsible for line employee's performance as quality, productivity and punctuation.

Take full attendance roster.

Maintain Utility area in a clean and safe.

Ensure utility operates without incident or down time and gain KPI.

Training & monitor all new employees.

Monitor the implementation of new procedure, processes or any activities related to equipment modification and Repair & Maintenance (R&M).

Candidate's specifications

University graduation, major: Electrics, Electronics, Automation,... and other related fields.

At least 01 year experience at similar positions, FMCG prefered, experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage.

Be able to work in shift.

Good communication skill.

Strong team management skill.

Good knowledge about GMP, HACCP.

Ability to work under high pressure.

Proactive, hard working, willing to learn with team spirit and can-do attitude.

Good command in English, competent with Microsoft Office.

Vietnamese native speaker.

Hoc Mon Plant, LE Van Khuong Street, Thoi An Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
