· Direct workforce to meet EHS performance, quality, output, delivery, schedule achievement, cost reduction, and workforce development & productivity goals
· Lead and assist in daily operations to include, training plans, performance feedback, production scheduling, project implementation, continuous process improvement, production goals, customer and supplier quality, and communication with business leadership and employees
· Focus on decreasing costs within the warehouse and continuous improvement related to shipment quality
