Job Description

Business Consultants, working for project managers during a project implementation, are the functional product knowledge warehouse within the organization. The primary task will be on customer projects to work in partnership with customers, advising them how to use our products in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. BC’s work to improve the processes and efficiency of our customers operation through the use and configuration of our products.

Expertise:

In order to carry out their tasks, a lead BC requires:

Extensive industry knowledge related to the Turaz Product(s) they lead. Strong personnel management skills in order to nurture and manage the staff.Good time management and negotiation skills in order to prioritise and co-ordinate the varied tasks which they work on.A deep understanding of the business drivers affecting their target customer base.Strong Functional Domain knowledge on the Markets (All desks).Strong Business knowledge to do Business consulting while on Projects.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting with clients to determine requirements;Working with clients to define the scope of a project;Planning timescales and the resources needed;Clarifying a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business;Defining software requirements;Analysing business requirements within companies and giving advice regarding our products;Designing, configuring, testing and monitoring our solutions on customer projects;Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers;Organising and/or providing training for users and other consultants;Developing agreed solutions and implementing Turaz products and solutionsBeing involved in sales and support, as necessary
