Head Teacher-Head Teacher Position-High salary, visa and work permit, good working condition

Qualifications
- Native Speaker " Male/Female ( preferably female)
- 25-40 years old
- Has finished a University Degree in Education or English
- CELTA or TEFL certified
- Has extensive 1-2 years experience in Teaching and Supervising in an English Language Institute with international students
- Must have strong Leadership and Managerial Skills
Responsibilities
- Arrange Teachers weekly class schedules, room assignments, and Placement Interviews which must be submitted to the General Manager, Branch Manager, Admission officers and Teachers before Monday of each week. Must submit updated schedule every Wednesday.
- Must ensure that all starting dates and end dates of the classes are accurate.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Admission Officers with the Course Plan and the new classes to be opened.
- Must regularly check teachers’ performance.
- Must ensure all teachers have and use the proper materials.
- Must check classroom arrangements.
- Must collate the Teachers Monthly Reimbursements, calculate Part Time Teachers’ Number of Hours and submit Teachers’ Monthly Payroll to the General Manager every cut off date, 27th day of the month.
- Conduct teachers’ training and orientation about the company’s policies and the courses offered.
- Helps in recruiting new teachers, arranging teaching demo and interview.
