HACCP Manager is responsible for assisting QA Manager in implementation and monitoring of HACCP standards as well as ISO 22000 process and procedures in the unit. Key performance indicators will be to ensure, the HACCP norms are implemented at all levels, conduct periodic HACCP trainings and to continuously monitor ISO process and procedures. Assist Quality Assurance Manager to conduct internal and external hygiene / process audits. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader as well as have a thorough knowledge of HACCP and ISO process and procedure. Ideally you will have 5 years or more experience at supervisory / officer level in quality assurance department of a Hotel / Flight catering industry.
