Suitable applicants will be required to manage, control and ensure a DCS (Departure Control System) or manual load/trim sheet is prepared for each customer airline departure in full compliance with airline SLA (Service Level Agreement) and Qatar Aviation Services procedures.

The Senior Load Control Agent must produce a timely, safe and efficient LIRF for each customer airlines departure as per the stipulated guidelines and must ensure adherence of all Qatar Aviation Services Standard Operating Procedures. He/She must monitor, direct and supervise the Loading Team Leader activities via the radio and update the required changes to ensure the safety of the aircraft at all times. Applicants must be at least a High School Graduate with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position at an airport. 

Requirements

1. Secondary School Certificate or equivalent practical experience.

2. IATA Load Control license

3. Basic DCS training & Advance Load Control course Mandatory

4. Valid and acceptable Load Control license for both narrow body and wide-bodies aircrafts.

5. Acceptable IATA DG training and Airline Ramp Handling/Load Processing Training.
