Job Descriptions, Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall Supervision of Control systems, Instrumentation and Maintenance Management Work such as:
- Setup yearly KPI and the execution plan to meet the target;
- To develop and optimize Maintenance Policy and Plan for maintenance;
- Approval of Control systems and Instrumentation Maintenance Execution Plan;
- Confirmation and Approval of Control systems, Instrumentation Renewal Plan;
- Overall Control of Total Control systems and Instrumentation Maintenance yearly Budget;
- Overall Appraisal of Reliability of Control systems and Instrumentation Equipment;
- Overall Control of Regulations relating to Control systems, Instrumentation and Maintenance Control;
- To optimize the organization of C&I Section for execution all C&I maintenance activities in a safe and cost effective manner;
- To coordinate providing guidance and assistance for securing safe and reliable C&I Equipment and system to operational Department;
- To participate in Shut-down Maintenance Planning in a viewpoint of the above C&I Maintenance Management Work;
- Plan and ensure implementation of short, medium and long term programs for C&I Section; monitor the execution of appropriate maintenance activities are done timely and precisely in a safe and cost effective manner;
- Plan and ensure implementation of the C&I spare parts stock strategy and ensure the stock review on critical equipment to ensure optimum value of stock creation and the availability of spares meets the requirement of plant operation and maintenance. Including instrument specification material coding and verifying the technical specification for direct purchase material;
- Develop and implement the established work processes and systems (maintenance standards, procedures, instructions and guidelines);
- Plan and enforce safety management plans (safety audits, meeting, training and job safety analysis) and monitor implementation of HSE initiatives in accordance to HSE regulation and policies to achieve Company HSE targets on maintenance activities.
- Employee evaluation and recommendation for job rotation, upgrades and annual salary increment under consultation with Department Manager/Deputy Manager/Group Leader, and coordination of administrative jobs related to employees in C&I Section
- Responsible for brushing-up employees¡¦ knowledge and technology by dispatching Engineers or specialist and technician to domestic or overseas manufacturers and fabricators on the occasion of purchasing C&I if needed.
- Responsible for evaluation discipline existing staff and develop accordingly necessary detail OJT and classroom training plan/schedule for the staff and do assessment. Ensure that all discipline staff and manager can be fully self-standing on their position prior to the completion of the contract.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 20 year experience in Refinery C&I Maintenance Department in which includes 5 year services as manager level of C&I Section.
- To have enough experience in Control & Instrument Maintenance coordination during Shut-down as well as Daily Control & Instrument Maintenance Coordination.
- To have enough knowledge in Fire Fighting and Disaster Prevention.
Special Training & Qualification:
- Training course of Advanced Maintenance Management Control.
- Training course of Safety & Environmental Control in Refinery Maintenance.

-To have good Personality, Leadership and Diligence.
