Rishworth Aviation is now accepting applications for this great opportunity with our current client Air China.

Air China is seeking suitably qualified A320 Captains and will provide CCQ training to the A330

The terms and conditions are still being finalised but the following is an outline:
Training Period
Stage 1
Air China will provide simulator training for the A330 Type rating training along with ground school in Beijing, China. This will be for approximately 2 months.

Stage 2
After passing the China CAA’s A330 Simulator assessment, you will remain in Beijing and complete transition training / Line training. During this period you will be a “PIC2” or “Junior Captain”. You will likely be PIC2/Junior Captain for about 12 months dependent on performance

Stage 3
Once a PIC1 you will then have the choice of Air China’s A330 bases.

Payments Stages
Stage 1
USD4,000 Per month

Stage 2
USD11,000 + USD4,000 per month
Based on 85 block hour per month
Overtime at USD233 per hour
Safety bonus of USD6,000 per year for 880 hours achieved
Excess hours over 935 hours per year paid at USD97 per hour
28 days annual leave per year
Minimum 7 consecutive days off (excluding day off after flight) per month (in practice approximately 10 days)

Stage 3
USD12,500 + USD4,000
Based on 85 block hours per month
Overtime at USD 233 per hour
Safety bonus of USD 6,000 per year for 880 hours achieved
Excess hours over 935 hours per year paid at USD 97 per hour
28 days annual leave per year
Minimum 7 consecutive days off (excluding day off after flight) per month (in practice approximately 10 days)

4 YEAR CONTRACT WITH FURTHER 2 YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT WITH USD800 PER MONTH INCREMENT APPLIED ON EACH 2 YEAR RENEWAL.

Total time in excess of 4,000 hoursA320 PIC time in excess of 1,000 hoursCurrent A320 PIC Type RatingICAO, FAA or JAR Licence acceptable with A320 P1 type ratingValid Class 1 MedicalValid Passport of a country that has diplomatic relations with Peoples Republic of China & acceptable to Chinese Civil Aviation Authority (CAAC).Be under age 55
