Minimum Requirements:
500+ hours PIC on type PLUS 1 year experience as PIC on type
Current on type within 6 months
4000+ hours total time
Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer.
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government AND the government of the country you reside (if applicable)
No limitations on ATP and/or type rating
Maximum Age: 55 years

Residence Package: Total Compensation- CNY110,000 ~ CNY150,000 GROSS (Approx $144,720USD*/Year ~ $186,860USD*/Year (not including overtime, deadhead time or other allowances)

Base Salary: RMB30,000/month (about $4,763USD) GROSS
0~50 flight hours per month: RMB1600/hr (about $254USD/hr) GROSS
50+ flight hours per month: RMB2000/hr (about $317USD/hr) GROSS
Training Pay: Full Base Salary, 30% of flight hours until line training, 70% of flight hours until line check.
Per Diem: RMB30/hr (About $4.75/hr) NET
Housing Allowance: RMB10,000/month (about $1587USD/month) GROSS
Transportation Allowance: RMB2500/month (about $396USD/month) NET
Annual Ticket Allowance: RMB70,000/year (about $11,113USD/month) GROSS
Education Allowance: RMB10,000/month (about $1,587USD/month) GROSS
Insurance: Life Insurance provided AND Medical Insurance reimbursement up to RMB50,000/year (about $7,900USD) GROSS AND RMB5000/person/year up to RMB10,000/family (About $790 ~ $1,587USD) for family medical coverage
Extra Luggage Allowance: RMB20,000 (about $3,175USD) One Time only
