The Company:
The Floating Facilities Management subsidiary of a large integrated and established oil and gas service provider.
The company has been the beneficiary of oil and gas projects involving FPSO/FSOs due to its competitive advantage in the industry and is preparing to support new and upcoming projects.

The Role:
Main Functions:
Provide technical support involving FPSO/FSO assets
General day to day Operations & Maintenance support
Long term restructuring of the existing group.
Long term upgrade planning for FPSO extension of contract.

Scope of work:
Provide advice to company involving the management(operations and maintenance) of key FPSO/FSO assets.
This includes the following key tasks:
- Manage projects and operations including manning.
- Budget preparation for operations and maintenance.
- Responsible to ensure technical integrity of assets.
- Manage commissioning, start up, hook up, leak testing, and acceptance issues during projects.
- Manage classification, safety case and statutory compliance issues.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- 10-15 years experience in oil and gas industry, with extensive experience managing floating assets(FPSO, FSO).
- Able to work independently and provide advice to contribute in the growth of the company
- Good leadership & communication skills and able to guide and groom junior personnel
